Hidden stem elastic seat gate valve

This valve utilizes the compensating effect of elastic gate plate under stress and micro deformation to achieve good sealing effect. The medium temperature should not exceed 80 ℃ during use. It can be widely used in industries such as construction, food, medicine, chemical energy, water supply and drainage, for regulating and closing pipelines and equipment.

Product characteristics

1. Non toxic anti-corrosion coating: The inner and outer surfaces of the valve are coated with non-toxic epoxy powder electrostatic coating, which has a long anti-corrosion life and can be directly used in the drinking water, food, and pharmaceutical industries.

2. Material: The valve body, valve cover, gate, and handwheel are all made of ductile iron, which has high strength and corrosion resistance. The valve seat and body are completely precision cast and do not require any mechanical processing.

3. Three O-ring seals, axial self sealing under water pressure, no filler seal adjustment is troublesome. The top dust ring can prevent external impurities from entering the interior of the shaft seal.

When the valve is fully opened, the gate is completely lifted away from the flow channel, and there is no groove at the bottom of the valve seat, which is not easy to accumulate debris. Equivalent to a straight pipe with minimal flow resistance.
